2. SCOPE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All proprietary rights, copyright, and trademark protections covering The 5M Life Group extend fully across all digital platforms, physical products, websites, domains, mobile applications, and official social media accounts operating under the corporate umbrella.
Protected elements strictly include—but are not limited to:

  • Brand Identifiers: Trade names, brand names, service marks, registered/unregistered trademarks, and distinctive logos.

  • Creative Assets: Audio tags, sound design, original music compositions, campaign assets, digital graphics, photography, and video media.

  • Likeness & Identity: Public visual representations, likeness rights, and official brand aesthetics.

  • Digital Content: Website code, user interfaces, written media, and digital publishing across all associated URL structures.

3. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED & RESTRICTIONS

No portion of the materials, assets, or brand identifiers belonging to The 5M Life Group or its subsidiaries (The 5M Life, I Coulda Sworn, Cutie Pie Academy) may be reproduced, distributed, modified, mirrored, hosted, broadcast, or utilized in any unauthorized manner without prior written consent.

4. REGIONAL AUTHORIZATION & BRANCH EXCEPTIONS

  • Authorized Exception: Usage of name, brand assets, and rights is strictly prohibited EXCEPT where formal operational permissions have been explicitly granted to extended associated branches in designated Southeast Asia regions (Thailand, Laos, Cambodia).

  • Strict Scope: Authorized regional branches are bound by localized licensing terms. Any unauthorized usage outside the specified Southeast Asia territories constitutes intentional copyright and trademark infringement.
